Have you thought about leaving nursing? Do you feel anxious or overwhelmed in the beginning or end of your shift? Does the uncertainty bring you fear and doubt of your abilities? I totally, get it, and no, you are not alone.

This 2-hour program will awaken you to a new version of yourself. Yoga is more than just moving on the mat and I will help to guide you through this exploration! It is time that you show up for yourself. Make this investment for the ones that you care for, your patients, family and friends. Make this investment for your health and well-being. You have worked your buns off to get where you are, do not give up on yourself. Your mat will teach you how to be present, still, strong and at ease.

You will experience some magical healing and also:
-Reflective journal writing for self-growth, goal setting and your nurse-life's vision
-Self-love and compassion meditation
-60-minute all-levels slow-flow, nurturing yoga class.

1)Can I come if I'm not a nurse? Absolutely! I say, if you care for someone else in your life? You show up on the mat.

2) Ive never done yoga before, can I do it? Of course! There is a plethora of modifications available to make sure your yoga practice suits you and your needs!
