I have already registered, but am now unable to attend. Is my registration transferrable?
No, each attendee must complete their own individual registration. It is not transferrable to another attendee.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can edit your registration within Eventbrite by editing your ticket. Alternatively, you can contact Kellie O'Connor to edit your registration information.
Do I have to bring my printed registration ticket to the event?
No, it is not necessary to bring a copy of your ticket with you.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
The names must match, because the name on your ticket is the name that will be printed on your badge for the meeting.

How do I know if I am a Subscriber or Supplier?
The list of current Subscribers is available in eAuditNet. Under the Resources menu, select "Documents", "Public Documents", "General Documents", and then select Subscriber Matrix.
Will I be able to register in person?
Yes, we will have a registration table available at the hotel Monday-Thursday during the Nadcap Meeting. We recommend that all attendees pre-register online if possible to avoid delays at the registration desk.
Am I able to register in person as a Subscriber?
Yes, however, due to the Subscriber access to Closed meetings, any Subscribers who register on-site will be given a Guest (grey) badge until they can be verified as a Subscriber by either their company's Nadcap Management Council representative or any Task Group representative from their company. It is highly recommended that all Subscribers pre-register online by clicking the "Register" button on this page to avoid this delay.
What is the dress code for this event?
Most attendees dress in business casual, however there is no official dress code.
Will there be any meals served?
No, in order to keep the Nadcap Meetings free of charge for our attendees, we do not serve any meals during the event. However, there will be complimentary coffee and tea in the morning and complimentary sodas in the afternoon. Water will be available all day.
Will there be free Wifi available?
No, the Hilton Riverside does not offer free Wifi in the meeting rooms. You can purchase internet access in the sleeping rooms for $12.95/night.
