This session will teach you the skills to identify potential customer service issues before they escalate into a full blown complaint. By using your basic senses and following these steps you can predict, recover and improve your overall customer service challenges. You will also learn how to prevent and resolve employee conflicts. Through expedient resolution you will improve moral, productivity and reduce turnover for your team.
