Description

This interactive workshop series is grounded in the three piko that is the foundation of Native Hawaiian well-being. Activities and lessons will begin with exploring Piko ‘Aumakua, where mo‘olelo, ‘ōlelo noe’au, and other ‘ike kupuna will provide the foundation for which we learn to make financial decisions for our ‘ohana. The discussion will then focus on our Piko ‘iewe to learn resources on how to manage our finances in today’s world. Lastly, ‘ohana will discover strategies on how to pass on their financial knowledge to the future generation through our Piko ‘Iwi Kuamo‘o.
