About this event

Young Mothers, Inc. presents: My Story, My Choice : No Longer Silent

Join us in commemorating the lives of the women who have been murdered this year as a result of domestic violence and celebrating those who have survived. This event will have powerful dialogue with Young Mothers, Inc. founder, Kamille Bundy; @kamillebundy, along with additional guest speakers and officials for Young Mothers, Inc. ‘s annual Domestic Violence event where we will provide opportunities to connect and work to end violence, together.

We will share how domestic violence affects victims and provide LIVE resources to overcome obstacles during our "Just Listen" Campaign Forum. We can no longer afford to be silent about the multitude of obstacles of fleeing domestic violence. We hope to empower women to move forward, find their voice, and create a self-sufficient life for themselves. This will be a safe space to share your stories.

We hope to empower women to move forward, find their voice, and create a self-sufficient life for themselves. Speaking out takes an immense amount of courage, this will be a safe space to share your stories.

We will have interactive and collaborative activities, with music, networking, breakout rooms, special guests, vendors, giveaways, and more.

Admission is FREE so bring yourself and a friend too!

No matter what you have to say, your life is YOUR story to tell, when YOU choose to tell it! We can no longer afford to be silent.
