ARTS & RISE San Diego present My Sound Future, a creative career expo!
My Sound Future is a Creative Career Expo and resource hub that allows youth to follow their heart by following their art! My Sound Future's mission is to introduce youth in underserved communities to creative career paths. We want to show that it takes more than just the performer on the stage to have a good performance. You need sound & lighting technicians, managers, marketers, graphic designers, and more. It takes a community.
You don’t even have to have an artistic bone in your body to have one of these careers. Each one of these roles is another opportunity for people to explore creative career paths.
My Sound Future's Creative Career Expo on Saturday, April 23rd at one of the most inspirational spaces in San Diego county, the ARTS campus in National City, will connect the youth to successful creative professionals through a series of panels, presentations, and performances. People will be able to hear from those that have found ways to apply their imagination to their work!
Featuring Performances from...
Tiny Doo (Reclaiming the Community, #JusticeForSD33)
Parker Edison (Parker & The Numberman, Fam Royal).
