As the holidays are approaching, it can be a time of celebration and stress. It's important to keep ourselves balanced however we can. One way that we can do that is using Polarity Therapy techniques. This technique can be used by anyone to help them manage and release stress quickly and effectively. In this presentation, Sonia Guadalupe will go over the basics of Polarity Therapy, how it can be used, and show us a few tools we can use to help us through the holidays and beyond.
Polarity Therapy promotes body awareness, relaxation and overall well-being through movement and visualization. Polarity therapy is not only a healing art but also a philosophy for living, which synthesizes knowledge and experience from centuries of Eastern and Western healing systems. It works with the natural body rhythms that maintain vital organ systems through bodywork, diet, exercise, and visualization work. Individually and simultaneously, Polarity Therapy addresses physical, mental, emotional and spiritual patterns of being. Released energy clears distorted beliefs, troublesome feelings, thoughts and behaviors. It allows for fresh perspectives and inspirations to have more space to thrive, leading to a balanced and creative life and aligning one’s spiritual core with the higher, ultimate energy source.
Sonia Guadalupe is a Polarity practitioner, reflexologist, clairvoyant and author. Sonia is dedicated to teaching individuals about their energybody through classes and workshops. Her first book, "Illuminated Universe: A View from The Source" was published in 2016 by Balboa Press.
