About this event
Our first My Best Self event in 2019 was a huge success with some great feedback from our attendees to the parents, speakers and our vendors. So we're ready to do it all over again but with a twist. We have some amazing topics in store for our youth girls but we're also inviting Mom to attend their very own sessions. This event is for youth girls ages 9-18.
For the Moms we will be discussing being the Best Mom through:
- Raising a child with a disability and how to overcome
- The perfect family
- The single mom life
For our Girls we will be discussing being your Best Self by:
- Setting your mind to doing whatever you want
- Being the best Black girl because we matter
- Leaving a legacy
- Not taking No for an answer
This will be an amazing packed day of Fun, Shopping, Talking, Venting and being our Best Self.
There will be a panel discussion along with some amazing vendors for your shopping pleasure.
