Friends Who Are Going
Event description

Description

Mwembeni is swahili for a mango tree. Growing up in Kenya, the neighbourhood children lived for the time when we would all meet under the mango tree to play. It was under the mwembeni that I learnt the value of friendships & the importance of synergy.

Each week of Mwembeni camp, students will explore different aspects of African culture and textile crafts. Space is limited, so sign up quickly to ensure your child's spot! Eventbrite date is the BEGINNING DATE of camp. Camp extends from TUESDAY through FRIDAY, with different activities each week!!
