Dr. James W. Wade is Vice President of Mission Assurance for Raytheon Co. He joined the Engineering, Technology & Mission Assurance leadership team in May 2010.

Wade is responsible for leading end-to-end Mission Assurance, Performance Excellence and Raytheon Six Sigma™ throughout the company. He is focused on driving operational excellence and improvements across Raytheon's full spectrum of programs in all its phases.

Previously, Dr. Wade was head of the MIT Lincoln Laboratory Safety & Mission Assurance Office. Prior to Lincoln Lab, Wade spent more than 13 years at NASA.
