Musical Playtime with Danna Banana is a fun, fairly noisy class that uses tuneful, whimsical original songs to teach kids to keep a steady beat, sing a little song and, mostly, have a lot of fun. We march around like monsters, fly like rocketships, and sing like pirates. We sing old railroad songs, boat songs, American songs, Mexican songs, too. We also introduce kids to classical music, making up wild stories and dances to recordings of Rite of Spring, Beethoven's 7th Symphony and others. All in a supportive and inclusive class environment. Great for kids with any type of challenge. There will NOT be a test! Just a lot of smiles and laughter, singing and moving, and maybe, if we feel like it, a little show for parents at the end.
**This is an adult participation class. One adult can participate with up to two children.**
