Music & Meditation

Our group meditation experience is like this. We start with fifteen minutes of music and singing. This really helps you get into the mood for meditation, and we have some good singers and musicians, so this is often peoples favorite part. Then after a short guided meditation we sit in silence for 20 minutes. Then our resident monk and meditation teacher, Dada Nabhaniilananda, gives a spiritual discourse on some aspect of meditation practice or yoga philosophy and answers questions. At the end we introduce ourselves and share our thoughts.
