Any tickets unsold online prior to the event will be sold at the door. If Eventbrite shows an event status of sold out, no tickets will be made available at the door.
ID required to check-in if a ticket is not available via phone or print.

COVID Precautions
TESTING REQUIREMENT
Due to the increase in cases, we've made the decision to require a negative COVID test prior to entering the event. All attendees, volunteers, and assistants, regardless of vaccination status, must present proof of (a) negative COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours of the event beginning, or (b) a negative COVID-19 antigen test (rapid) within 48 hours of the event beginning. If looking to test at home, which will be accepted, we suggest the On/Go™ 10-minute COVID-19 Antigen Self-Test and the Abbott BinaxNOW™ COVID-19 Ag Card Home Test. We highly suggest searching around for these brands at lower cost and/or quicker shipping.
PRIOR POSITIVES
If you have tested positive within the last 90 days, a negative test result will not be required to enter the event. In place of the timestamped negative test result, we will need proof of your previous positive result with a date. Natural immunity after testing positive for COVID-19 is said to last anywhere from 90 days to potentially years, but to err on the side of caution, we're going to request that anyone who tested positive for COVID prior to 90 days before the event be retested and present a negative test.
MASKS
In addition to the test results, we'll also require that face masks be worn throughout the full duration of the event, beginning once you join the line to the event. The mask requirement will be strictly enforced.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
At Southern Belle, we love space. Space to breathe. Space to make the day more enjoyable. Now, in 2022, we need space to ensure the safety of all. You'll find that the event venue is more than large enough to accommodate an event of our size. We'll do our best to ensure that tables, as well as line spacing, are a safe distance from one another before and during the event.
FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? - Photo ID will not be required to check-in at the event. The only exception will be attendees who arrive without a ticket visible via print or phone. Any child 13 years old or younger will not require a ticket. Any attendee over the age of 14 will require a ticket to the event.
What can I bring to the event? - Attendees may bring any item into the event to be signed. We highly suggest paperback/hardback copies of your favorite books by the attending authors, although we commonly see canvas prints, apparel, e-reader cases, scrapbooks, and more.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions? - All questions or concerns may be directed to Southern Belle Events via email at events@southernbellebookevents.com.
What's the refund policy? - All tickets are eligible for a full refund up to 30 days prior to the event. Transfers are still eligible until 24 hours prior to the event.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? - Tickets may be printed or visible on your smart device. We'll simply need to see the barcode on your ticket to scan.
Can I update my registration information? - Yes, attendees are able to update registration information via Eventbrite. If you have any issues updating the information, please let us know via email. We'll be happy to help on our end.
Is my ticket transferrable? - Yes, tickets are transferrable. We do not require that the name shown on the ticket matches the attendee checking in. To transfer your ticket, we suggest posting in the event Facebook Attendee group (coming soon!) and using Paypal for the financial exchange of the ticket prior to transferring names.
