Description
The SDSU Center for Autism and the SDSU School of Music and Dance, in collaboration with Mainly Mozart, present The Music and Autism Showcase, part of the Mozart & the Mind festival! This is a free event for all lovers of art and music. Come for an afternoon to experience the art of exceptional musicians who are on the autism spectrum, and to hear their stories on how music has enriched their lives. Performers include:
Alex Pruetting – piano/saxophone
Victoria Rose – vocalist w/ Jordan Daniels – accompanist
Chi-Ling Wu – piano/Chinese dulcimer
Adam Mandela Walden – cello w/ Jordan Daniels – accompanist
Clayton Freeman – saxophone

3:15-4:30 pm: Performances
4:30-5:00 pm: Panel Discussion
Directions from Parking Structure 12:
- Park at Structure 12
- Take stairs or elevators to the top level of Parking Structure 12.
- Cross the bridge on the south east side of the parking structure.
- Turn left onto Aztec Bowl and walk towards the center of campus.
- On your right will be the SDSU School of Music and Dance, the Smith Recital Hall.
Directions from Trolley Stop:
- Get off at SDSU Trolley Stop
- Take stairs or elevators to the ground level above the station
- Walk towards the Cal Coast Credit Union Ampitheater
- If you are facing the ampitheater, turn left and walk straight towards the Smith Recital Hall.
