Dan Agro has been cultivating mushrooms for 15 years and foraging for 10 of those. Three years ago he started a small mushroom-based consulting and supply company called AgroMyco. Dan has a degree in Geography and Anthropology and also attended Johnson & Wales University for Culinary Arts. Born and raised in Gray Maine on a heavily forested lake to a family of 11, the woods were his place of peace and continue to be to this day. Currently he is employed as a GIS specialist (mapping expert) for a local engineering firm.
