Museum Underground: Creating Exhibits
Thu, April 20, 2017, 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM CDT
Join a State Historical Society of North Dakota gallery guide for a free Thursday afternoon program designed as a drop-off for students in grades six to eight.
"Museum Underground: Creating Exhibits" will help participants think about their own skills and interests as they learn about possibilities of careers in museums and collections. Learn about the work of the Museum Division. Tour behind the scenes as you hear firsthand from specialists about collecting and storing old things, how knowledge about the past can help us understand today’s world, and how museum exhibits are built.
"Museum Underground: Creating Exhibits" is the final program in this series.
