Join a State Historical Society of North Dakota gallery guide for a free Thursday afternoon program designed as a drop-off for students in grades six to eight.
"Museum Underground: Archives" will help participants think about their own skills and interests as they learn about possibilities of careers in libraries and archives. Learn what the State Archives does. Tour behind the scenes as you hear first-hand from specialists about research in the reading room, stacks and storage, and how photographs and films are preserved.
"Museum Underground: Archives" is the third in a series of programs.
March 23, 2017 - Museum Underground: Archaeology
April 20, 2017 - Museum Underground: Creating Exhibits
Register separately for each program in the series.
