Manual Muscle Testing is a modality that creates a physiological response by a muscle stimulus. It helps a practitioner assess their patient functionally and make recommendations accurately based on the responses generated. This modality must be well understood and practiced regularly to be proficient. After completion of this course the practitioner should expect to feel comfortable with basic manual muscle testing for correcting structural concerns, identify disturbing factors including; disruption of microflora, hormonal insults, food sensitiviteis, environmental concerns, and testing of medicines.
Dr. Steinke holds a private practice in Gilbert, AZ and serves as adjunct faculty at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. She has actively practiced Applied Kinesiology for over ten years and has completed the International College of Applied Kinesiology 100 hour Certification Course. Muscle Testing Basics material was originally developed by the late Donald Baker, ND, DC.
