We invite you this Memorial Day in honoring fallen Navy Seal and Medal of Honor Recipient, Lieutenant Michael Murphy, and all those who have served our country. Proceeds benefit the LT Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation.

The Murph Challenge will be held at the Heritage Center and Park in Mount Sinai and consists of a 1-mile run,100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and a final 1-mile run. Multiple heats and mini Murph challenges will be available. Competitors receive a t-shirt with registration!
