Mums and Bubs Indoor Bootcamp
Five week bootcamp, commencing 31 July – 4 September 2017. Every Monday and/or Wednesday from 10:30am (50mins per session).

We’re here to help you get motivated, increase your fitness and regain your strength. While other mums are stuck at home this winter, you’ll be working hard on getting your pre-baby body back, without getting rained on or paying for an expensive gym membership and/or babysitter.


Bootcamp sessions tailored especially for mums:

Baby friendly
Bring your baby in their capsule, stroller or pram as well as some snacks and toys for your toddler. Where we can we will involve your baby in your work out – helping to keep them entertained while increasing your strength to keep up with them.


Experienced Personal Trainer
Caron Kaveney is a very determined and dedicated Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor and is passionate about helping people achieve their goals. She has been involved with high level touch football both as a player and a referee at National and International levels and currently competes in Power Lifting at a National level.To help mums get results Caron focuses on ZUU, a form of high intensity interval training based on primal movement patterns for a full body workout which can be tailored to different fitness levels. ZUU is low impact, full body mobilisation with benefits for injury prevention, increased strength, mobility and cardiovascular function.

FAQs

How soon after having a baby can I attend Mums and Bubs Indoor Bootcamp classes?
Mums must be at least 6 weeks postnatal (8 weeks for a c section) with clearance from their LMC to resume physical exercise.


What should I bring to the session?
Yoga mat, towel and a drink bottle for you. Pram/capsule, a few toys, snacks and a drink for your little one. Please also bring something to mop up any spills/crumbs.


What happens if I can’t make a session can I get a refund?
Unfortunately there are no refunds due to the limited spaces available. However if you miss a session you can attend a make up session (so long as numbers permit) by emailing the organiser Melissa.grantham01@gmail.com. Please be aware there are no make up sessions if you have purchased all 10 sessions.


Can I transfer one/some of my Monday sessions for a Wednesday session and vice versa?
Yes we are flexibile and will try our best to accomodate around your other appointments/commitments. For example you can only make it on Monday's for the first two weeks, then for the following three weeks you want to attend the Wednesday session. This shouldn't be a problem and can be arranged by emailing Melissa.grantham01@gmail.com to confirm the sessions you wish to attend/transfer.


What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately we do not provide refunds unless we need to cancel a session. If the entire event is canceled for some reason we will provide a full refund as soon as we can.


What time is the bootcamp and for how long?
Mums and Bubs Indoor Bootcamp starts at 10:30am so please arrive 5 -10 mins early. Each session is around 50mins and allows for a quick warm up and warm down.


Can I bring cash on the day?
No cash. All bootcamp sessions must be booked online and paid for in advance. This is so we can manage the numbers attending.


Is parking available?

There is plenty of free off-street parking behind the Bucklands and Eastern Beach Memorial Hall. Please be careful of mums and prams when arriving and leaving.


Can I bring more than one child with me?

Yes so long as you can look after them and still bootcamp at the same time. Older children are welcome to join in the bootcamp sessions, in fact we encourage it.


What about School Holidays?

If your child is at school and you need to bring them along during the school holidays by all means do so. They are welcome to join in the bootcamp fun or they can bring book/colouring/iPad or something to keep them busy while your working out.
