What To Expect
You’ll be guided through an experience of grounding breath and meditation before entering a deeply restorative sound immersion. Each element is designed to balance your nervous system and activate the body’s innate intelligence to heal and harmonize.
What Instruments Will Be Used
You’ll be enveloped in the frequencies of, Crystal singing bowls (432Hz), Flutes, chimes, and rain sticks, drums, shruti box, handpan, and MORE.

Nothing at all — we have everything ready for you.
You’ll rest on a comfortable mattress setup (not a yoga mat!), surrounded by cozy blankets and soft lighting, allowing your body to fully let go.
