FAQs

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Students and adult chaperones will arrive by school bus. Buses will park in the north end of Lot-I (see parking map) and wait for students and chaperones until the end of the conference. Exhibitors, guests, and volunteers are also welcome to park in Lot-I free of charge, but are encouraged to use public transportation or carpool if possible.

Once I arrive, what is the check-in process like?

Buses will enter the campus and pull up to the check-in station on the north side of the Lifetime Activities Center. Only educators will report to the check-in tables (as visibly marked by signs) and pick-up their school's event materials consiting of name badges, activity passports, school rosters, and other program information. Educators will return to their students to distribute materials.

Volunteers, exhibitors, and guests will check-in in the same area, but go to a specific table visibly marked by signs. Volunteers and exhibtors will recieve more information about where to report to for set-up or support upon arrival.

If I am a student, what should I know about the online registration process?

Students will register themselves on Eventbrite and will respond to a brief survey regarding college and career readiness and general information. Your educator will remind you of registration deadlines and provide a computer and internet connection if needed.

What is the attire for this event?

Students will abide by regular school-dress code and adults are welcome to attend in business casual.
