Open Outcry Brewing Company Mug Club Members,
You, and a guest (+1), are hereby cordially invited to join James Beard Foundation nominee, Michelin star recipient, and television personality Chef Graham Elliot, John Brand and Head Brewer Wil Turner on Tuesday, September 17th at 7:30 p.m. for an amazing evening on the Open Outcry rooftop beer garden (weather permitting) with four paired courses prepared by Chef Elliot and beer by Open Outcry Brewing Company.
Additionally, Mug Club Member attendees will receive an autographed copy of Chef’s latest cookbook, Cooking Like a Master Chef: 100 Recipes to Make the Everyday Extraordinary, and Open Outcry Brewing branded glassware.

Course 3 | Double-Cut Pork Chop with Cheddar Grits, Fennel Slaw & White Truffle Ranch Dressing

Course 4 | Ice Cream Sandwich with Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies & Dark Pool Russian Imperial Stout Infused Gelato

* Dinner will be held on the Open Outcry Rooftop Beer garden weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, dinner will be held in the taproom.

Graham Elliot is an award-winning chef, restaurateur, television personality and cookbook author. Elliot has accrued many prestigious accolades including multiple James Beard Foundation Nominations. At age 27, Elliot became the youngest four-star chef to be named in any major U.S. city and was named one of Food & Wine magazine’s “Best New Chefs” in 2004. In May of 2008, Elliot opened his eponymous restaurant, Graham Elliot, which went on to become one of only 15 restaurants in the U.S. to be awarded two Michelin stars.
