We invite you to join MUCE for the second annual MUCE Now or Neverland Art Fair: Urban Uproar Edition!
Urban Uproar is a four day Art Fair curated to tantalize all of your senses. It will include an exclusive MUCE Pop Up Exhibition, music paired with live performances, a fashion show and a Urban Uproar Block Party after Saturdays show.
The exhibition features a collection of over 40 local, national and international visual artists including including Miami native and artistic genius Anthony Lumpkin of Lavish-n-Looney, whom with canvas and paint brush explores social issues affecting the black male experience in America and Photographer Joe Wesley whose recent project "Black Bodies" works to bring awareness to both the strength and sensuality of the black body.
Urban Uproar is the harmonious sound of city chaos: politics, climate, food, migration, and economy where urban voices play the central role of the delta force – keeping, the system in a perpetual state of cultural evolution. Artists of urban uproar weave whimsical stories of migrants, hustlers, CEO’s, politicians, of children splashing water from the hydrants in the summer to children walking 15 miles for access to water. The juxtaposition of these stories find a unifying rhythm in Now or Neverland and its adventures in Urban Surrealism.
The Pop Up Gallery: a guided journey through traditional and surreal art for contemporary artist spanning the globe.
