MTR PARTY - INNER CHILD EXPRESSION
MTR PARTY is an intentional space where music and movement become practices of healing and liberation. Each edition explores a theme — from inner child expression to collective release — inviting us to bring our whole selves to the experience. MTR is more than a party; it’s a journey through resistance into resonance. For me, Dancing is a spiritual language & when folks come to an MTR Party, I want them to feel that energy & speak their language through their movements.
