Join us for three days of professional development, gaining knowledge, improving skills and adding to your professional toolkit. Students will directly benefit from your participation in this comprehensive workshop. This year will again feature eighty sessions over three days so you will have opportunities to experience content. Just a few of the topics that will be studied, dissected, discussed, and debated:

Register between September 1 - September 7 (including at the door): $375

There will be FREE motorcycle parking for MSF RiderCoaches at specially marked parking meters along Nationwide Blvd., and some along High Street. An area map will be provided as we get closer to the event dates.


All registrations include FREE entry to the AIMExpo on Thursday through Sunday!

FAQs:

What is included in the registration fee?

Admission to the IRETS 2019 3-day conference, refreshments each day, lunch served on Thursday and Friday, a hot breakfast buffet served Saturday morning, plus IRETS 2019 commemorative memorabilia.

Spouses/Significant Others are welcome to attend the lunches on Thursday and Friday, and the breakfast buffet on Saturday morning for a $100 fee. For further details, and to pay the $100 fee, please contact msmith@msf-usa.org no later than Tuesday, September 10th.

Does my conference registration include admission to AIMExpo?
Yes, you will get a industry guest show badge when you check in at IRETS. For more information about AIMExpo, please visit: http://aimexpousa.com/

How do I know if I'm registered?
You will receive an email through Eventbrite from MSF confirming your registration.

To avoid having the confirmation email go to junk mail, pelase add orders@eventbrite.com to your contacts/address list.

If I am unable to attend the conference, am I able to get a refund?
Yes, you can receive a full refund if you notify us no later than Friday, August 30, 2019.

Cancellation requests received between August 31 and September 7 will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

Contact msmith@msf-usa.org if you need to cancel your registration.

How long are the hotel group discount rates available?
The hotel group discount rate is available as first come first served based upon availability. You must make your hotel reservation through the AIMExpo housing reservation site https://compass.onpeak.com/e/012604984/1#hotels. (When you copy and paste the following link into your browser and get to the website, if you get a message saying your session has “timed out”, click “start over” and the page will refresh.)

Is there shuttle service to and from other hotels to the Greater Columbus Convention Center each day?
All hotels that are within the event block are within walking distance, or ride!
