It is with great excitement we share with you that the East Suburban Minnesota School Counselors Association (ESSCA) has the privilege to host the 2017 Minnesota School Counselors’ Association annual conference. This amazing conference will be held at Madden’s Resort in Brainerd MN, April 30 - May 2 2017. Approximately 550 participants (Licensed Professional K-12 School Counselors, Post-Secondary School Counselors, Graduate Students and Exhibitors from the educational systems as well as businesses from the private and public sector) from all over the state of Minnesota will be in attendance.
The conference is held over a 2 ½ day period where attendees will have the opportunity to select from over 50 different breakout sessions, as well as be educated and inspired by amazing keynote speakers. To learn more about our keynote speakers please visit the websites below:

In order to once again host an amazing event, the Minnesota School Counselors Association (MSCA) along with the East Suburban Minnesota School Counselors Association (ESSCA) are looking for your participation as a conference Exhibitor.
Exhibit Halls are open to conference attendees on Sunday April 30 from 3:00-6:00 p.m. and again on Monday May 1st from 9:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. During this time hundreds of educators, and friends of educators, will walk through the exhibit hall absorbing all of the information you have to provide as well as engage in networking and meaningful conversations about your organization.
When the Exhibit Hall is not open, you as exhibitors will have the opportunity to attend breakout sessions as well as listen to amazing keynote speakers.
Pricing for this year’s Exhibitors is as follows:
$320 for Exhibitor Registration & Processing Fee (Includes an 8 foot table & chair) as well as one Conference Registration and a delicious Madden's lunch on Monday** (includes all keynote speakers and breakout sessions).
$80 for each additional individual at your exhibitor table (includes additional Conference Registration)
$320 per additional display table (includes an 8 foot table & chair)
$50 electrical hookup
**Meals and Lodging are not included (except for Monday's lunch) in Exhibitor Registration but can be purchased through Maddens
Exhibitor Registration can be done by completing the attached form and submitting it via mail to the address below.
