Overview

A practical workshop on how to breathe your way to better health.

A one hour Workshop for people affected by MS led by experienced Yoga Tutor, Sharon McCann.

Sharon teaches various breathing techniques and practices to improve lung health and capacity and general overall well being. This is a relaxing, beneficial seated class suitable for everyone.

The MS Society will use the information you provide to process your registration and participation in this event including reminders and other service messages about the event. If relevant, we will share your contact details with the service provider(s) so they can contact you to deliver the activity you signed up for as detailed in the pre-registration forms.

Any online sessions will be enabled using the third party platform, Zoom. We will occasionally use Alchemer for evaluation purposes, where applicable. You can find out how these platforms manage your data by reading their privacy policy.
