I f you are a person with MS or living or supporting someone with MS and you enjoy the outdoors please register a place. This day is open to individuals/families and friends affected by MS in N Ireland. Please join us in beautiful Gosford Forrest park on Thursday 7th August from 10.30am to 3.00pm for a fun social day All Out Trekking programme with lunch!
ALL OUT TREKKING at Gosford Forest Park, is an Inclusive outdoor recreation programme using battery powered all terrain buggies, open to disabled & non-disabled people enabling inclusive participation in a beautiful parkland setting
The day will include a chance to use the terrainhoppers to enjoy a gentle jaunt around walking trails, arboretum and deer trail or if you are looking for something a bit more challenging tighten your quadrix harness and experience the thrill of a fast paced adrenaline ride on the trails. As part of the day we also have some frisbee fun possibly boccia, a chance to enjoy the lovely park surroundings and a lovely lunch. (see full programme below - To be confirmed.)
*Minimum Age: 12yrs, Minimum height: 5ft, Maximum weight: Quadrix 110kg, Terrainhoppers 160kg

11:45am Group 1 – Fun Frisbee, Group 2 – Boccia, Group 3 – Chill out, Group 4 – Quadrix and Group 5 - Terrainhoppers
12:30pm Lunch in Function Room (See food choices below.)
1:15pm Group 1 – Boccia, Group 2 – Chill out, Group 3 – Quadrix, Group 4 - Terrainhoppers and Group 5 - Fun Frisbie
