Ms. Carmen has 20+ years of experience in IT, and has delivered successful consulting projects for Fortune 100 clients, in semi-conductor, healthcare, pharmaceutical, wholesale, retail, software and financial verticals.
Ms. Carmen has led large-scale software deployments for 1000’s of users, including implementations of Microsoft Project Server 2003, 2007 and 2010, and SharePoint 2010. Aviva started her career as a Software Engineer for IBM before moving into IT Management, Director-level positions at several high-tech startups and consulting. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan in Computers and Psychology, PMP certification from PMI, and MCTS certification from Microsoft.
