Join MPI Belgium Sales Training to discover all the steps of the sales process to convert inquiries into business!

When a venue receives an inquiry, what is expected from its sales team? What is the normal RFP processing time and how can you meet the requirements of a client? This training will focus on the sales response from a venue/hotel and provide you with an overview of the events industry, from its terminology to the critical points in your offer. Step by step, from request to contract, we will guide you through the process and highlight the areas where you can stand out from your competition. And we will share some good and bad examples through the eyes of the event manager!

Babs discovered her passion for the events industry at Amsterdam RAI more than 8 years ago, from which she brings extensive experience working with corporate and association clients. As founder of the Dutch Chapter of GMIC and Vice President of Education at MPI Netherlands Chapter, she has vast knowledge of sustainability and innovations in the events industry. She has been actively involved in various industry associations and innovation groups. She combines strategic thinking and ability to create new business opportunities to realize sustainable business growth.

Launched in April 2016, Sequoia Partnership specializes in helping venues to grow their revenue strategically within the MICE industry. Their motto is “From Good to Great”! Working across the UK and internationally, the team at Sequoia has successfully supported the business development and strategic venue growth projects at Arsenal Football Club, Bath Racecourse and Conference Centre, Barbican Centre, ICE Krakow Congress Centre, Artis (Royal Amsterdam Zoo) and Amsterdam Arena to name a few.
