If you love fresh mozzarella but think you could never make it yourself, this class will change your mind. We will walk you step-by-step through the process so that you can make mozzarella right in your own kitchen. We will also share ways in which to use fresh mozzarella while you sample mozzarella appetizers and sip on a bit of wine.
Cost is $65 for the evening. This class is limited to 6 people. You can reserve your spot in store or online (additional service fee applies). Everything you need to make a fresh mozzarella ball to take home with you, plus appetizers, and a glass of wine, beer (for those 21 years of age or older), or craft soda are included in the cost.
