Join us at our annual concert and reception celebrating Mozart's birthday!
Metropolitan Opera National Council auditions district winner Christine Lyons performs Exsultate, Jubilate, and timpanist Charles Kiger performs in the "Serenata notturna" K.239 for strings and timpani. Members of the Spectrum Symphony and pianist Hsin-I Huang perform the piano-woodwind quintet K.452, plus trios from the Mozart-Bach Preludes and Fugues, K.404a. The programs concludes with Mozart's "Linz" Symphony no. 36, David A Grunberg conducting. A reception follows. Join us!
Please note, last year, our Mozart concert was completely sold out, so please get your tickets early! We have reserved 10 percent of the seats to provide free admission to under-served students in the New York City school system, reducing the available tickets for sale to just 180 seats. Your ticket purchase helps us provide our performances to deserving school children!
