About this event
This concert program will be filled with the genius of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, spanning from his exuberant Te Deum, K. 141, written when he was only thirteen years old, to the sublime Ave verum corpus, K. 618, which he composed in the final months of his life. The featured work of this spring concert will be the Solemn Vespers of the Confessor, K. 339, which Mozart himself regarded as one of his finest compositions; mentioning it in a letter to his father, Leopold Mozart, dated March 12, 1783.
