Description
Good Day for a Run and MΣAN GUY running are hosting the Mov'n 8k in Swedesboro, NJ on Saturday November 1st.
The 8k (4.98 miles) run will leave The Village Pub at 10:00 am and will be an out and back style course with beer and lots of giveaways included. All registered participants will receive a Movember 8k tee shirt.
Best moustache wins a prize!
This race will raise awareness and for men’s health.
