15Be
Kyra is the President of 15Be, a learning experiences company she started in 2018 after selling her former business, Life Meets Work. At 15Be, she leverages her experience of training thousands of managers, the latest science research, and global traditions to spark courageous leaders who value wellbeing as much as performance. She does this through corporate training, personal retreats, and her new online WELLTEAM Leadership™ course.
For 11 years, as President of Life Meets Work, Kyra helped hundreds of companies think differently about how work gets done. She authored two books: Who Works Where [and Who Cares?], a hands-on book that shows managers how to boost collaboration and performance even when their teams don’t work together; and 100 Ways to Wellbeing in 10 Minutes or Less.
She’s a certified Qigong instructor, meditation and healing guide, as well as a nationally recognized speaker, blogger, and commentator on workforce and wellbeing issues.
Before founding Life Meets Work in 2007, Kyra spent nearly 20 years in the consumer packaged goods industry, driving innovation and change at companies like Quaker Oats, Keebler, and Dominick’s Finer Foods.
