About this Event
Moving meditation with sound journey
Meditation is a proven method of managing the stress of everyday busy city, life. Moving meditation is a playful and accessible way to get out of your head and into your body. It’s more approachable then a traditional seated meditation where you’re just expected to clear your mind and be stoic.
This experience is influenced by Osho’s Kundalini meditation. The practice will include shaking, intuitive movement, stillness and rest. Through this meditation we can soften our protective outer shell, and release repressed emotions and manage stress.
Combined with the powerful vibrations of live sound healing instruments, this practice supports the nervous systems parasympathetic response. It allows us to drop deeply into a rest and repair state, where the body can rejuvenate itself at a cellular level.
This is an essential practice for feeling nourished and vibrant. If you haven’t yet experienced moving meditation this will blow your mind.
