Feldenkrais movement classes are gentle, and create powerful change in the nervous system. This is self-regulation at its best!

About this Event

Over 3 Tuesday evenings, 7-8pm, tune into the live Zoom class, and be taken through a movement meditation that works at a deep level, enabling you to:

  • feel grounded an supported
  • sense how you move in gravity
  • sleep better
  • move easier
  • reset your habits of moving, thinking, feeling, sensing

Justine Reilly is a Certifed Feldenkrais Practitioner with a practice based in Brisbane, Australia. She works with a range of conditions including PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, rehabilitation from injury, chronic pain, fibromialgia, osteoarthritis, Down syndrome, brain injury and more.

These lessons are for everyone from beginners. Please let me know if lying on the floor is not an option for you. We can work with that!
