There are three ways to participate in this program:
  1. Weekly LIVE webinar calls with Dr. Chris – the calls begin Wed, October 11 All 75-minute calls will be on Wednesdays at 2pm MT – cost for this LIVE option is C$857 (note: This special group will be limited to 25 participants and registration will close quickly.)
  2. Weekly recorded webinars with Dr. Chris & 2 LIVE calls with Dr. Chris- accessible starting Monday, October 16 – cost for this COMBO option is C$457 – Live call dates: Monday, Nov 6 & Monday, Dec 18
  3. Weekly recorded webinars – accessible starting Monday, Oct 16– cost for this RECORDED option is C$257

Step 2: Oct 18 – What & how to eat to support your mental health

Step 3: Oct 25 – How to protect your sleep & make exercise a priority

Step 4: Nov 1 – How to manage your thoughts

Step 5: Nov 8 – How to manage your emotions

Step 6: Nov 22 – Boundary setting

Step 7: Nov 29 – Managing your reactions

Step 8: Dec 6– Willpower & goal setting

Step 9: Dec 13 – The role of the environment in health

Step 10: Dec 20 – How to develop self-compassion and a sense of spirit


Dr. Christina Bjorndal is a Naturopathic Doctor with a focus on the treatment of mental health concerns, eating disorders, women's health and fertility. A speaker and an author, she has shared her personal story of recovery from mental illness to mental wellness with audiences across North America.
