You are invited to a screening of The Hunting Ground on March 5, 2016, at American University Katzen Center, 7-9 pm. A 30 minute panel discussion will follow the film. Especially important for families with juniors and seniors going off to college, The Hunting Ground is a movie that you will not want to miss. The movie explores the topic of healthy sexual relationships and how young women and men can protect themselves during the high school and college years. It is never to early to have conversations about sex and how alcohol and drugs can change the landscape of sexual encounters. Please bring your students with you to the movie and discussion. There will be sign-up sheets at the Katzen Center movie theater if you are interested in attending a later parent discussion that will be held at a local high school and will be facilitated by a mental health professional.
