Greenbelt, MD – The 1st Annual Music and Movies Awards (MAMA), a tribute to the region’s musical talent, will be held on Oct 15th, 2016, at Old Greenbelt Movie Theatre, 121 Centerway Greenbelt MD. Featuring LIVE performances and more.

MAMA Awards Owner and Founder Bruce Odams said: “The Music and Music Awards is an opportunity to experience the vast musical an film talent the region has to offer. The artists are empowering and the music showcases talent that the audience will appreciate. The program is where we get to inspire and highlight the best in film an music from the Washington DC area.

Established in 2016, the concept for Music and Movie Awards is to tap into the wealth of musical talent in Washington DC area that has limited exposure and reward them for their hard work. The Music and Movie Awards also offers a unique opportunity to be presented with awards from their regional fan bases. MAMA also provides a vehicle for artists to network and showcase their talents in order to take their careers to the next level.

The 2016 Music and Movie Awards event will be held at The Old Greenbelt Movie Theatre Greenbelt, MD on Saturday, Oct 15, 2016.
