The 2009 novel was so popular, that bookstores couldn't keep it on the shelf, and the 2011 film is just as great! Join us in watching this light-hearted film about a tough topic in American history. The Help is about African-American maids working in white households during the 1960s in Jackson, Mississippi.
Followin the film, students leaders will lead a discussion on how this film fits into American history and where we are today.
