When there's a crisis, these are the people who get called in the middle of the night to address it. They've learned how — and they're ready — to jump into action at any time. How do they make life-altering decisions on a moment's notice? What kind of personality do they need for a job like that? And after they've handled an emergency, how do they handle the inevitable stress on themselves?
This month, we're talking to three people who are responders: Timothy Nunez, a surgeon in a trauma center; James Duke, a police chaplain who is sent to talk to victims' families after a homicide; and Rosemary Plorin, a public relations specialist who helps health care companies navigate business crises.
Join us for a conversation with Timothy, James and Rosemary, hosted by Emily Siner and the WPLN newsroom. More information is on our website.
