I’m new to this type of movement, can I still come?

Absolutely! We will be building layers of movement practices so there will be something for absolute beginners and those who want to progress there movement practices

Water bottle, slippy socks, a willingness to be playful and try some new things!

Comfortable lose clothing. Ideally long leggings/loose trousers that cover your knees and a layer that covers your elbows. There will be a little ground movement but most of the practice can be done comfortably in shorts and a T-shirt

I’m a little scared, what if I’m not any good?!
