About this event
The WHO WHAT WHERE WHEN :
- WHO: Moms of all ages & stages of motherhood, & caregivers
- WHAT: A three-part, 65-minute, inclusive class focusing on community, pilates & movement, & Breathwork & meditation
- WHERE: Virtual, via ZOOM, in the comfort of your own home
- WHEN: Biweekly (please note time & date changes weekly in order to accommodate different scheduling needs)
- $$$: Donation based (see Venmo QR code below)
Join Certified Pilates Trainer, Breathwork Facilitator & Empowering Coach Amelia Toporsh as she takes women from across the globe through 65 minutes of community, movement, & stillness for a well-rounded hour of physical & mental wellness & connection.
Participants will leave feeling stronger, more mobile, empowered, ‘in flow’, more centered & connected.
Moms of young children & those in high-stress circumstances are highly encouraged to join 🫶🏻.

After experiencing Postpartum Depression, Anxiety & OCD & having her second child in early 2022, Amelia went on a quest for recovery. Much of this looked like finding & participating in several 'Mom's Groups'. Amelia also tapped into her own personal toolbox & found movement & meditation to be a useful tool for moving through her challenging Postpartum period, as well as the daily challenges that Motherhood & caregiving often presents.
It's through Amelia's own Postpartum, mental health, & motherhood journey - as well as being part of these groups, & experiencing the physical & mental benefits reaped from movement & meditation - that Amelia decided to create this bi-weekly community + mind + body experience.
