About this event

MoveCamp 6pm Pound Workout

Join us Wednesday October 20 at at 6pm EST for a special POUND class by MoveCamp coach Denise Warren.

We are obsessed with our Pound sessions and you should be too!

It's the workout that you don't realize that you are working out because you are having too much fun rocking out to the beat of the music!

In a 45 minute session, you will have completed over 1000 squats & lunges, burned over 400 calories, released so much stress and sweat, and most importantly, unleashed your inner rockstar.

Move to the beat of our own drum, this class is a must!

We are a community organization based in Ottawa, Canada which host regular free fitness activities in landmark locations across Canada.

We have been hosting Movecamps – our weekly lunchtime fitness sessions at Parliament Hill and City Hall in Ottawa for the last four years and are expanding this year to Montreal and Toronto.
