30 Min Pelvic Floor Stretch with Richa Rehan 6pm @Harmony Physiotherapy (152 Cleopatra Drive)

A series of stretches that will relax your pelvic floor

Get your flow on with this fun, flexible, calming mobility series. Join our coaches across Canada as they get you moving your body. Different from our typical MoveCamp movement sessions, this series is all about tuning into our bodies through smart movement, mobility and yoga practices.

Complimentary event open to everyone. Families are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Participants should wear comfortable gym clothes and running shoes.

Open to the public.You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. Pre-registration required.
