Welcome to MOVE2IMPROVE!
MOVE2IMPROVE is a two-day professional development workshop designed for health and fitness professionals who want to enhance their ability to assess, coach, and adapt human movement in real-world settings.
Grounded in applied biomechanics and functional task analysis, this workshop bridges the gap between movement science and everyday client practice. Whether you work in performance, rehabilitation, or general health, MOVE2IMPROVE provides the tools, language, and practical frameworks needed to deliver more effective, individualised movement interventions.
Across two structured and interactive days, you’ll engage in hands-on coaching labs, peer-led assessments, and clinically relevant case scenarios building both your confidence and competence.
This is not group exercise. It’s professional movement education for those committed to better outcomes.

Nope. You’re assessed on your thinking and coaching, not your squatting ability. But, as a bonus .... you'll receive feedback on that too!
We cap numbers at 30 to ensure every participant gets hands-on time, coaching feedback, and interaction. This isn’t a lecture.
