An alternative Friday night. A bit sweaty, a bit stretchy, a lot more fun than a sh!t hinge date.

Join us for the run + yoga edit — the first chapter in our Move With Us series, hosted by @trainwithtaliaa and @yogawitholive.

We’ll kick things off with a juicy mobility session, designed to shake off the week and get you moving freely. From there, we’ll head out for a jaunt. You can choose between a group run (around 6 min/km pace) OR a more social-paced jog if that’s more your vibe. Both groups will be guided by trainers, no one left behind.

We’ll return to our mats for a grounding yoga class led by Olive — perfect for unwinding the body and settling into the weekend.

This one’s for you if:

– You want something to do on a Friday that isn’t just pub
– You’re curious about movement beyond the gym
– You like the idea of sweat and stillness for your body and mind
– You’d like to meet some new people that ‘get it’.

Come solo, or bring a pal. Just come as you are. Whether you run, walk, yoga or vibe — we’d love to move with you.

Post Event Social: after our movement session at Yellowave we'll be heading for drinks at Bison Beer. Feel free to invite additional pals (who maybe aren't into yoga or running - but are into hanging out) to the post event social.

Accessibility: Yellowave has gender neutral bathrooms. There is parking available on the seafront and a bike lock up outside. Please reach out if you have any specific needs or questions—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
