You don’t have to be Māori to have mana.

Mana is not just a word — it’s a presence. A way of holding yourself with purpose, integrity, and deep connection to who you are and where you come from. For some of us, it’s inherited. For others, it’s something we rebuild, reclaim, or grow into over time.

Move With Mana was born out of that journey — not just mine, but all of ours.

This Run Club isn’t about being the fastest or the fittest. It’s about movement as healing, movement with purpose, and movement as a tribute to who you are.

After years of struggling with my own self-worth, self-discipline, and identity, I found power in movement. Not to shrink myself, but to return to myself. To show up with integrity, to push for something greater than me, and to find strength in showing up — again and again — even when it was hard. That’s mana.

So whether you’re walking, jogging, or running...
Whether you’re here for your first 5KM or just here to feel part of something...
This space is yours.

It’s for wāhine, tāne, rangatahi — everyone.
It’s for all bodies, all backgrounds, all stories.

Because you don’t have to be Māori to carry mana — but when you move with it, you feel it.

We can’t wait to see you there.
